We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team on a commission-only basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a performance-focused environment, enjoys building client relationships, and can successfully lead prospects from initial contact to closing. Tasks Identify and prospect potential clients across relevant sectors. Present and promote Vestcodes solutions to prospective customers. Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure. Maintain strong, long-term client relationships. Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets. Provide regular updates on pipeline, progress, and client interactions. Collaborate with product and technical teams to understand offerings and translate features into client value. Requirements Must be in the final year of their graduation (minimum). A sales certification from credible third-party platforms (e.g., Coursera, Udemy, HubSpot Academy, etc.). Extracurricular certificates demonstrating leadership, teamwork, or communication skills. Comfortable working with GitHub and able to create user stories. Basic understanding of the Software and IT industry. Proven experience in sales or business development is an added advantage. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
