THE OPPORTUNITY:

We’re looking for a Sales Executive with IAM sales experience to join our dynamic team in the Finland and cover the Nordic region. This is your chance to play a pivotal role in driving new business growth as our Okta Solutions Sales specialist. You’ll work with some of the brightest minds in the industry and help shape the future of IAM solutions in the region.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to identify, engage, and acquire new business opportunities within the Okta IAM space. You’ll work closely with potential clients to understand their IAM needs and position our innovative Okta solutions to drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Business Development: Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality leads, with a focus on expanding our presence in the IAM market.
  • Client Acquisition: Conduct needs assessments and tailor IAM solutions to meet client requirements, demonstrating the value of Intragen’s offerings.
  • Sales Strategy: Execute targeted sales campaigns, collaborate with vendors, and develop effective routes to market.
  • Market Research: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive offerings to inform your sales approach and provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Solution Presentation & Proposals: Present IAM solutions to clients, create compelling proposals, and ensure smooth alignment with their needs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal technical and consulting teams to deliver seamless onboarding and ensure client success.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Keep track of sales activities, provide regular updates on progress, and forecast revenue in line with sales targets.

To succeed in this role, you’ll be a self-motivated, results-driven sales professional with:

  • 2-5 years of experience in business development within the IAM, PAM, IGA, AM space.
  • Experience selling Okta ideal but can be One Identity, SailPoint, CyberArk, or similar products.
  • Strong ability to identify and acquire new business opportunities.
  • Fluent communication skills in Finnish and English (both written and spoken). Any Swedish a bonus.
  • A passion for securing long-term client relationships, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a keen commercial mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain high productivity levels.
