Responsibilities

This sales role is a full-time, permanent position and is office-based in Rochdale working Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm, focused on making outbound calls to businesses to drive growth. You’ll:

  • Identify and convert new sales opportunities in the businesses you contact through outbound calls.
  • Build strong relationships with SMEs, offering shipping solutions that reduce costs, enhance efficiency, and improve service.
  • Become an expert in our courier partners’ products to effectively match customer needs.
  • Use our tech tools, database, and software (e.g., MS Excel, Outlook) to manage your sales activity.
  • Onboard new customers, ensuring a seamless transition to our services.
