Job Purpose The Sales Representative is responsible for engaging with qualified leads, understanding their needs, and converting them into customers. This role plays a key part in driving revenue growth, maintaining high conversion rates, and ensuring a smooth and professional customer journey from initial interest to final enrollment. Key ResponsibilitiesSales Conversion & Customer Engagement Convert qualified leads into successful sales Understand customer needs and recommend suitable programs Clearly present value and guide customers through enrollment Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs Maintain accurate records of interactions and activities Customer Experience & Relationship Management Build strong relationships and ensure a smooth customer journey Handle inquiries, concerns, and objections effectively Follow up with leads to maximize conversion Performance & Target Achievement Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Maintain high conversion rates and track performance metrics Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge Collaboration & Feedback Align with Presales team on lead quality Share feedback and insights to improve conversion strategies Fluent English speaker (spoken and written) Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support and sales in offshore accounts is a must Proven ability to handle both inbound support and sales targets Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Professional attitude with a customer-focused mindset Competitive salary package Performance-based incentives Clear career growth opportunities within a fast-growing company Dynamic and supportive work environment
