In this role, you will be responsible for driving the sales process, managing client relationships, and ensuring the successful implementation of our Point-of-Sale (POS) solutions. You will be involved in client acquisition, solution presentation, invoicing, payment tracking, and handling ad-hoc tasks to support the sales process. Job Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients. - Manage the sales process from lead generation to deal closure. - Present and demonstrate products to clients, prepare quotations, and negotiate terms, pricing, and contract details to reach mutually beneficial agreements. - Collaborate closely with internal teams, including technical support and implementation, to ensure smooth delivery of products and services. - Provide ongoing support and address client concerns. - Issue invoices and track payments. - Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management to support sales and business processes. Job Requirements: - Minimum 2 years of proven experience in sales, ideally in IT or POS systems. - Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Strong knowledge of IT solutions is required. - Proven ability to manage sales processes and close deals.
