REQUIREMENTS

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT services or technology solutions.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Understanding of IT solutions, infrastructure, data analytics, and BPO services is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and client-focused.Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive at ITree Solutions, you will:

  • Generate new business opportunities by identifying potential clients across industries such as logistics, Oil & Gas, Banking, finance, retail, healthcare, and SMEs.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and demonstrations of ITree Solutions’ services.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored proposals to clients, showcasing IT and BPO solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing while ensuring profitability for the company.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, securing repeat business and upselling services.
  • Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, support, operations) & business partners (local & overseas) to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
