SALES EXECUTIVE (ITALIAN / FEMALE)

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and Italian-speaking female Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing retail accounts, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth. you will be responsible for maintaining and growing retail partnerships, ensuring the successful implementation of product strategies, and achieving business objectives.

Qualifications:

• fluent in Italian & English (spoken and written).
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, sales strategies, and account management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive business decisions.
• A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to challenges.A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

• Develop and manage relationships with retail clients, including regular meetings and communication to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Drive sales performance, manage product inventory, and optimize product placements to meet sales targets and business objectives.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to implement campaigns and promotions that align with client needs and market demands.
• Monitor and analyze retail market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust strategies and improve product offerings.
• Provide exceptional customer service and act as a point of contact for clients, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
• Ensure timely and efficient delivery of products, ensuring all orders are fulfilled accurately.
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage product launches, ensure product availability, and monitor the supply chain.
• Prepare regular reports and forecasts for sales, client performance, and market trends.
• Represent the company at trade shows, retail events, and industry conferences.
