About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and converting leads into long-term clients. You will play a key role in expanding our client base and contributing to the continued growth of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Identify client needs and present tailored facility services solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site inspections.
• Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Work closely with operations teams to ensure successful onboarding and service delivery.
• Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.

About you

• Proven experience in a sales, account management, or business development role.
• Experience within cleaning, facility services, property services, construction, or related industries is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to confidently engage with decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Results-driven with a passion for achieving sales targets.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence.
