Jadeite Glazing is a small, family run business offering high quality and bespoke Windows, doors and Conservatories. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven, Glazing Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building with clients. This role requires a strong background in B2C and B2B sales (a bonus), telemarketing, and proficiency in CRM software. The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base while ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction. Great earning potential for the right candidate and flexible working.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in B2C and B2B (A bonus) sales, preferably within a similar industry
  • Strong telemarketing skills with a track record of generating leads
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is essential
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is advantageous
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with clients and colleagues alike
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
  • Conduct telemarketing campaigns to identify potential clients and generate leads
