Sells and promotes ongoing service plans, like annual maintenance contracts (AMCs), to clients by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, understanding client needs, and explaining how the maintenance services solve their problems. Key responsibilities include generating leads, developing sales proposals, negotiating contracts, meeting sales targets, and providing after-sales support by managing customer relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
