Your Impact As a Sales Executive, you will shape how CareerSafe shows up in the market. You’ll represent our solutions at conferences, events, and in direct outreach, creating qualified opportunities and guiding them through a predictable, professional pursuit cycle. You’ll work closely with Credentialing, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure every opportunity aligns with eligibility, funding requirements, and client goals. Your work will expand CareerSafe’s footprint, deepen relationships, and contribute to sustainable revenue growth across both new and strategic accounts. Your day-to-day work will: Drive new business pursuits through targeted outreach, prospecting cycles, and conference engagement Execute disciplined pipeline development practices that create steady, qualified activity flow Engage decision-makers at schools, districts, states, and workforce programs to identify real needs and funding alignment Leverage CRM data, funding cycles, and market insights to prioritize outreach and forecast with accuracy Collaborate with Credentialing Specialists to ensure solutions meet eligibility and credentialing requirements Conduct discovery conversations, align solutions to client goals, and deliver professional proposals Maintain accurate CRM data, updates, and documentation aligned with required processes Support expansion within existing accounts by coordinating with Customer Success and identifying new growth opportunities Represent CareerSafe professionally at conferences, school visits, and events, generating leads and capturing insights from the field Requirements Experience in sales, business development, or a prospect-facing role Strong desire to build pipeline, drive new conversations, and close meaningful opportunities Demonstrated ability to manage a disciplined sales process, including forecasting and CRM accuracy Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems for tracking activity, leads, and opportunity stages Strong communication skills with the ability to conduct discovery, present solutions, and navigate complex conversations Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Credentialing, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales Leadership A proactive, internally driven mindset with strong follow-through and commitment to continuous improvement For Senior-level candidates: depth in consultative selling, funding navigation, strategic account growth, and conference leadership Reside in Arizona, Oregon, or Texas. 30% travel Why K2United We are a Certified Great Place to Work® running on EOS.
