Salary - £25k Basic - £62,000 OTE – Uncapped Commission

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

· 2+ years of sales experience (car finance experience preferred).
· Organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Experience of working an ever-changing environment with daily challenges
· Able to work as part of a team and as an individual

As a Car Finance Specialist, you will:
· Achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
· Handle fresh daily leads and guide customers through their buying journey—from approval to car collection.
· Make initial calls to qualify customers and manage a pipeline effectively.
· Act as the liaison between customers, dealers, and lenders to secure the best car and finance rates.
· Act as a product specialist through our designated training programme to ensure your customers are fully aware of the process from start to finish as well as the vehicle they purchase matching their needs.
