Description

THIS IS HOW YOU WOW:

  • Undertaking retail and customer service activities within the Center to optimise and exceed sales targets, profitability and customer satisfaction
  • Identifying and researching new business leads
  • Growing customer accounts via targeted cold and warm calling
  • Visiting customer sites to demonstrate Kärcher products and services
  • Assisting customers with sales, queries and after sale service
  • Conducting stock takes as required
  • Assisting in the analysis of business performance, learning how to make and influence key business decisions working with the Center team and manager to build and deliver aggressive growth plans for our key markets.
  • To grow our customer account base through the development of both new and existing relationships, maintain our CRM system as you communicate and visit customers as well as working within the Center showroom assisting in sales support and service.
  • To attend sales and product training sessions delivered via our in-house training academy (A mixture of; E-learning, live webinars and in-person sessions delivered in Banbury – Oxfordshire).
