SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

We are looking for a professional who can demonstrate:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or a customer-facing role (2–5 years).
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to adapt communication and build trust.
  • Professional presence and credibility with senior decision-makers.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a small, high-performing team.
  • Competence with CRM systems (HubSpot or similar) and digital tools.
  • An interest in healthcare, environmental solutions, or sustainability

Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a defined portfolio of key accounts, ensuring customer needs are met and opportunities for expansion are identified.
  • Coordinate and follow up on sales activity, including quotes, proposals, and onboarding.
  • Assist in identifying and nurturing new business opportunities in line with strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute targeted sales and promotional campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and contribute to pipeline and performance reporting.
  • Represent Plascare at industry events, client meetings, and site visits.
  • Support trials, projects, and field-based activity as required.
