JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

• Serve walk-in customers and closing of sales
• Handling simple administrative works (Arranging Delivery etc)
• Handle phone and online queries
• Attend to customer orders and enquiries including after-sales service (handling complains)
• Perform housekeeping duties to maintain the store’s image

Requirements

• Service-oriented and passionate to go the extra mile for customers
• Good discipline and honest
• Observant, vigilant and energetic
• Effective interpersonal skills and love to interact with people
• Well-groomed and respectful to customers
• Candidate must possess at least Secondary School/"O” Level
• Relevant work experience will be an added advantage - (furniture sales)
• Basic IT Skills (Emails, Facebook)
• Required to work on weekends & PH
