WE’RE HIRING | Sales Executive – Conveyor & Power Transmission Belts

Location: UAE | Field Sales

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 2–3 Years

Driving License: Mandatory

Our client, a specialised company in conveyor belts and power transmission belts, is looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to join their team and drive business growth across the industrial sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new business opportunities and generate sales within the industrial sector
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Identify and develop new accounts
• Conduct regular customer visits and understand technical requirements
• Recommend suitable belt solutions based on customer needs
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms and follow up on opportunities
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on orders
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and new business opportunities
• Maintain accurate customer, lead, quotation and sales records

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2–3 years of sales experience in conveyor belts, power transmission belts, industrial products or related fields
• Experience dealing directly with industrial customers
• Valid UAE driving license
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, proactive and target-oriented
• Willingness to travel locally and conduct frequent client visits
• An existing customer network is highly advantageous, particularly within:

1. Printing & Packaging
2. Steel & Paper Mills
3. Pumps & Industrial Equipment
4. Food Processing, Bakeries & Confectionery
5. Manufacturing & Engineering
