Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive specializing in kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, and modular furniture projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background in interior products, home solutions, or B2B project sales. You will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and managing client relationships for both retail customers and large-scale projects (residential, commercial, or hospitality).

  • Sales & Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, and modular furniture.
  • Target B2B clients (builders, contractors, interior designers, architects) and B2C customers.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Understand customer needs and recommend customized storage solutions.
  • Conduct site visits, provide product demonstrations, and prepare quotations.
  • Follow up on leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals efficiently.
  • Project Sales Handling:
  • Manage bulk orders and corporate projects (apartments, hotels, offices).
  • Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure timely execution.
  • Handle tender submissions and large-scale procurement deals.
  • Market Research & Strategy:
  • Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market trends.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team for improvements.
  • Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate sales records in CRM software.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.
  • Experience:
  • 2+ years in sales (preferably in kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, furniture, or interior solutions).
  • Experience in project sales (B2B) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office.
