As a Sales Executive specializing in Kitchens, Doors, and Wardrobes at Interwood Mobel, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing exceptional service to our customers. You will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their needs and preferences, presenting product options, and guiding them through the purchasing process to ensure a satisfying experience. Key Responsibilities: Identify and understand customer requirements to recommend suitable kitchen, door, and wardrobe solutions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer retention and satisfaction. Prepare detailed quotations and process sales orders in a timely manner. Provide style and design recommendations to clients, showcasing the latest trends in kitchens, doors, and wardrobes. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products. Conduct follow-ups on deliveries and after-sales services to ensure customer satisfaction. Stay updated on product knowledge, promotional offers, and industry trends to provide informed advice to customers. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team goals. Requirements: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the home improvement or furnishing industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in sales software and Microsoft Office Suite.
