We’re looking for a Melbourne-based Sales Executive to join our growing sales team and drive new business opportunities across the Australian market. This is a full-cycle sales role—you’ll be responsible for everything from lead generation to closing deals. If you’re passionate about tech, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have experience selling to call centres or contact centres, we want to hear from you!

Requirements:

  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably in tech or SaaS.
  • Proven experience selling to call centres or contact centres is a must.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter with a proactive attitude and a desire to grow.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new leads through outbound efforts and strategic prospecting.
  • Own the full sales cycle: outreach, qualification, demo, negotiation, and closing.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders in contact centres to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and SDR teams to optimise outreach and messaging.
  • Deliver compelling product demos and presentations.
  • Meet and exceed monthly quotas for qualified opportunities and closed deals.
