Description

岗位职责： 1、主动获取更新改造业务信息，通过安排拜访潜在客户并介绍KONE公司及其改造产品，以达到和提高获取订单目标及市场占有率。 2、处理并提供获得订单之前的一切服务，包括现场勘验、技术方案制作、交通流量分析、提供布置草图、递交投标文件。 3、与客户保持密切联系以跟进及汇报已递交标书的状态。 4、定时向销售经理准确地提供标书信息及反馈意见，为进一步行动之决定提出建议。 5、依据公司政策全面跟进与客户之间所进行的销售合同协商。 6、安排完成销售合同的签署及项目的收款。岗位要求： 1、理工科相关专业毕业，本科及以上学历 2、基本的英语阅读能力，熟练的计算机操作水平 3、良好的沟通技巧及谈判能力 4、很强的客户服务意识及自我驱动力 5、有电梯行业经验者优先，熟悉当地电梯市场，具有一定的电梯销售、现场管理经验 At KONE, we are focused on creating an innovative and collaborative working culture where we value the contribution of each individual.
