ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Driven, enthusiastic, and confident in a customer-facing role.
  • Passionate about food and understands the chilled/frozen grocery sector.
  • A natural communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Commercially astute, target-oriented, and proactive in approach.
  • Organised and able to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Experienced in a sales or commercial role (FMCG or food industry preferred).
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Sales Executive, you’ll play a key role in growing and managing customer accounts within the retail, foodservice, and wholesale sectors. Working closely with our Sales Manager and wider commercial team, you’ll help identify new business opportunities, nurture existing relationships, and represent the quality and values behind everything we do at Laila’s.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the growth of sales across chilled and frozen product ranges.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Identify and approach prospective customers and partners.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations and proposals.
  • Collaborate with NPD and production teams to meet customer requirements.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
  • Attend trade shows, customer meetings, and site visits as required.
