Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all incoming enquires via our online booking system, phone, email and social media within SLA and brand guidelines
- Outbound sales to previous customers and potential group bookings
- Accurately completing general bookings and upselling products and services to customers
- Communicating clearly and effectively with customers via all channels
- Highlighting issues, complaints and feedback to managers
- Proactivity monitoring the site diaries for anomalies and issues and taking appropriate action
- Maximising space to ensure optimum sales
- Completing any ad hoc tasks and duties assigned by your manager
