Description

Are you an experienced and results-driven sales professional with a passion for e-mobility? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment? If so, we want you to join Virta, one of Europe’s fastest-growing EV charging platforms, as our Sales Executive for the DACH region.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving growth in the Large EV Charging Networks segment, helping to shape the future of sustainable mobility.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in the EV/e-mobility industry.
  • Background in enterprise sales, ideally engaging with large multinational corporations
  • Strong track record of successfully building relationships with C-level executives
  • Ability to understand complex business environments and propose tailored solutions.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to create compelling presentations, business cases, and ROI calculations.
  • Commercial acumen with experience in developing business cases and value-based proposals.
  • Experience navigating long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder environments
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong expertise in sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, SPIN).
  • Proficiency in digital sales tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Cognism.
  • Fluent in German and English (written and verbal).
  • Willingness to travel (national and occasional international).
  • Experience in EV charging, EV platforms, or solution sales is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

As Sales Executive, you will:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive growth in the DACH market.
  • Engage C-level executives in high-impact discussions and present compelling business cases.
  • Identify customer pain points and present tailored solutions that align with their strategic objectives.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, potential customers, and partners.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our customer base through effective prospecting.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and successful deal closures.
  • Manage complex sales cycles with a consultative selling approach.
  • Strengthen existing customer relationships while driving revenue growth.
  • Achieve ambitious sales targets and contribute to Virta’s market leadership.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, and customer success) to deliver a seamless customer experience.
