We are a dynamic law firm seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Validator / Sales with call center experience to join our growing client acquisition team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in validating inbound leads, conducting qualification calls, converting prospects into clients. This role requires a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and a clear understanding of client engagement in a legal services environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in a call center, lead validation, or tele-sales role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to speak confidently and professionally to clients.
  • Customer-focused, with a courteous and empathetic approach to handling inquiries and sensitive information.
  • Familiarity with legal services or general understanding of legal industry processes is a strong advantage.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Validate and qualify incoming legal service leads to ensure they meet internal criteria before assigning them to Client Relationship Managers or Legal Consultants.
  • Conduct outbound verification and follow-up calls to confirm lead details, assess legal service needs, and gauge interest level.
  • Collaborate closely with legal sales teams to optimize lead flow, conversion strategies, and client engagement.
  • Handle inbound inquiries, provide basic information about legal services offered, and redirect qualified leads appropriately.
  • Ensure all leads are contacted within the required timeframe to maximize conversion potential.
  • Provide regular reports on lead quality, conversion status, and call performance to the Sales Manager.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by sharing feedback on lead sources and client behavior trends.
