SALES EXECUTIVE – ENGLISH LANGUAGE SCHOOL

Location: Oxford Circus, London (In-person, Mon–Fri 9am–5pm)
Salary: High Commission (20% for each sale) + £1,500/month base + annual performance bonus
Start date: Immediate

Learn Lab is a results-driven English language school in central London. We focus on General English for professionals and Business English. We deliver premium multi-week in-person and online English language courses to ambitious professionals from around the world. We’re expanding and need a high-energy salesperson who thrives on commission and actively closing deals.

THE ROLE

Your mission: sell our English language courses and bring in as many new students as possible. Alongside this, you’ll manage and grow our social media presence to create more leads to convert. If you can sell, you’ll earn well above the base salary. If you can’t, this role isn’t for you.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Sell multi-week English language courses (both in-person and online) to individuals and organisations.
• Close incoming sales inquiries
• Convert warm enquiries into paying students.
• Proactively source new leads — individuals, companies, and community groups.
• Manage and post daily on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Hit and exceed monthly sales targets.
