REQUIREMENTS:

  • Educational Background: Minimum GCE ’O’ Level, Diploma preferred.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills in English (Chinese is a bonus).
  • Customer Service Mindset: Positive attitude with a genuine desire to help customers.
  • Sales-Driven: Motivated by targets and able to work independently to meet goals.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Able to resolve customer issues calmly and efficiently.
  • Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable using email, Microsoft Excel, and sales systems
  • Team Player: Willing to support team members and contribute to a positive team culture.
Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and recommend suitable solutions to meet their needs.
  • Sales Generation: Actively pursue new sales opportunities through walk-ins, referrals, calls, and follow-ups.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high service standards.
  • After-Sales Support: Follow up with customers after purchases to ensure satisfaction and handle any service needs or concerns.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product features, promotions, and updates to confidently answer customer questions.
  • Coordination with Teams: Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and issue resolution.
  • Documentation: Prepare and update sales records, quotations, and customer details accurately.
  • Other ad-hoc duties related to sales and customer service as required.
