Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our leisure industry team in Istanbul, Türkiye. As a Sales Executive in the leisure sector, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and promoting our diverse portfolio of leisure products and services. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the leisure industry Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted sales campaigns Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights Qualifications Proven track record of 2-3 years in leisure industry sales, consistently meeting or exceeding targets Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Programs Outstanding presentation and public speaking abilities In-depth knowledge of leisure industry trends, products, and services Understanding of the travel and tourism market, particularly in Turkey and surrounding regions Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred Fluency in English; knowledge of Turkish or other languages is a plus Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach to sales Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
