Key Responsibilities

• Call existing customers to collect feedback and ensure satisfaction.
• Follow up with previous customers to generate repeat sales.
• Handle customer inquiries through phone calls and WhatsApp.
• Maintain customer records and follow-up reports.
• Occasionally visit project sites to capture photos and videos.
• Promote company products and services to existing customers.

Requirements

• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in customer service, telecalling, or sales preferred.
• Basic photography and videography skills.
• Good follow-up and sales conversion skills.
• computer and MS Excel knowledge.
