Sales Executive – Villa Projects

We are looking for a confident, presentable, and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our construction team.

Main FocusThe role will focus on generating and developing business opportunities for villa construction and related services, including:Villa Interior & Exterior WorksSwimming Pool LandscapingRenovation & Fit-Out WorksGeneral Villa Construction Services

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential villa owners, investors, contractors, consultants, and property developers.Generate new leads and develop strong client relationships.Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to provide suitable solutions.Arrange client meetings and site visits.Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.Negotiate with clients and close projects.Maintain regular follow-up with existing and potential customers.Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.RequirementsGood knowledge of the UAE construction and villa marketPrevious sales experience in construction, interior/exterior works, landscaping, swimming pools, or related industries is preferred.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Very good presentation and professional etiquette.Well-groomed, confident, and presentable.Strong networking and relationship-building skills.Self-motivated and target-oriented.Ability to work effectively as part of a team.UAE driving license is an advantage.Salary & Commission
