Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, customer relationship management, and business development, preferably in the printing, advertising, corporate gifts, or promotional products industry.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and showroom sales.
• Develop new customers and maintain existing client relationships.
• Generate leads and achieve sales targets.
• Collect customer requirements and coordinate quotations with the estimation team.
• Prepare quotations and follow up to convert enquiries into orders.
• Coordinate with design, production, delivery, and accounts teams.
• Monitor order progress, delivery, and payment collection.
• Maintain customer records and update sales activities in Odoo/CRM.
• Submit daily sales reports and ensure timely follow-up of all enquiries and orders.

Requirements

• Sales experience, preferably in printing, advertising, corporate gifts, or promotional products.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to generate new business and achieve sales targets.
• Good organizational and follow-up skills.
• Basic computer skills; CRM/Odoo experience is an advantage.
• UAE market experience is preferred.
