• Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, focused on driving new business and managing client relationships for Dillon & Bird’s corporate services. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, and understanding client needs across areas such as corporate setup, banking advisory, and digital transformation. In addition, the Sales Executive will represent Dillon & Bird at networking events, build long-term partnerships, and contribute to refining sales processes and go-to-market strategies.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong sales, business development, and account management skills, with a proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and manage client portfolios.
• Candidates should possess skills in relationship building, stakeholder management, and client communication, including the ability to understand complex business needs and present tailored solutions.
• Candidates should possess commercial acumen and basic financial literacy, enabling them to discuss services related to corporate setup, banking advisory, and digital transformation with confidence.
• Candidates should possess organizational, planning, and CRM skills, including pipeline management, documentation, and accurate reporting of sales activities.
• Previous experience in consulting, financial services, corporate services, or B2B professional services in the GCC region is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
• Strong command of English is required; proficiency in Arabic or other regional languages is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai, adapt
