Tula Studios is looking for a friendly, confident and sales-driven Community Sales & CRM Executive to join our growing wellness brand.

We need someone who speaks clear, fluent English, communicates professionally and confidently over the phone, and enjoys connecting with people.

Your main goal is to turn enquiries into paying members while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

● Respond quickly to enquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram and phone calls.

● Make daily outbound calls and follow up with potential clients.

● Convert leads into bookings, packages and memberships.

● Manage leads, customer information and follow-ups in our CRM.

● Manage bookings and schedules using Mindbody.

● Re-engage old leads and inactive clients to increase sales.

● Use Excel to track leads, sales performance and customer data.

● Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.

What We’re Looking For

● Excellent spoken and written English – clear pronunciation and confident phone communication are essential.

● Previous experience in sales, customer service or lead conversion.

● Friendly, outgoing personality with strong people skills.

● Confident in selling and closing sales over WhatsApp and phone calls.

● Good knowledge of Excel, CRM systems and WhatsApp Business.

● Experience with Mindbody or Meta Business Suite is a plus.

● Passion for Pilates, fitness and wellness.

● Highly organised, proactive and target-driven.
