As a Field Sales Executive, you’ll be out in the field every day — building relationships, showcasing powerful technology through live demos, and closing deals that directly impact the restaurant industry. This is a high‑energy, face‑to‑face role with uncapped earnings potential, and the opportunity to represent a global brand making real change. What You’ll Do Make outbound calls to schedule in‑person meetings with restaurant leaders. Run face‑to‑face meetings and live software demonstrations that highlight the value of our Reservation System and platform. Negotiate terms and close new business partnerships. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting. Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets. Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long‑term satisfaction. Represent our brand at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events. Who You Are 3–5+ years of sales experience, ideally in online, hospitality, or restaurant distribution (HORECA). Native Portuguese speaker with strong English skills. Strong negotiator with a proven record of exceeding sales targets. Hands‑on experience managing a pipeline with Salesforce or similar CRM. A hunter mindset: results‑driven, energetic, and adaptable in fast‑moving environments.
