As part of our rapid growth, we’re hiring a full-time Sales Executive to drive direct-to-consumer sales, both in-person and through innovative live selling platforms like TikTok Live.
This role is ideal for someone with a proven background in sales, who wants to step into a high-energy environment where performance is rewarded and the product is easy to love.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Sell our handmade fudge directly to a warm and loyal customer base
• Use live video (e.g., TikTok Live) to demo products and close sales in real-time – full training provided
• Help us hit ambitious daily and monthly revenue targets
• Build and maintain strong customer rapport through energy, persuasion, and consistency
• Work from our HQ, supported by a skilled production and marketing team

What You Bring:

• A proven track record in sales – whether in retail, call centres, D2C, or face-to-face
• High energy, confidence, and resilience
• A genuine desire to earn – and the drive to do what it takes to hit targets
• Comfortable on camera, or open to learning
• A team-first mindset with strong communication skills
