Job Title: Sales Executive – Logistics

Location: Barsha Heights, Dubai

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

Dubai-based global logistics solutions provider is looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Executive to develop new business opportunities and strengthen its customer base within the UAE logistics and freight-forwarding market. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, an established professional network, and a proven ability to generate leads, secure new clients, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the logistics and freight-forwarding sector
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and client visits
• Promote air, sea, and land freight services to potential customers
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations according to client requirements
• Negotiate rates and close new business agreements
• Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Coordinate with operations and customer-service teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and submit regular activity reports
• Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Requirements

• Proven sales or business-development experience within logistics, freight forwarding, cargo, or supply-chain services
• Good understanding of the UAE logistics and freight-forwarding market
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business and achieve sales targets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Excellent relationship-building and customer-management abilities
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• A valid UAE driving licence is an advantage
• Candidates currently residing in the UAE are preferred
