Description

QUALIFICATION:

  • University graduate, preferably in logistics / business administration / marketing; or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales / business development in logistics / freight forwarding or related industry preferred.
  • Proven successful track record in achieving sales objectives.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and other technical software
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Strong presentation and problem-solving skills. Customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales target and strategy for local and overseas market to achieve company’s goals.
  • Source, qualify and secure new business opportunities by actively exploring new range of sales channels covering all products offered by company
  • Find and develop qualified leads and convert into prospects and customers. Establish effective measurement to monitor and improve sales results.
  • Conduct sales presentations, perform regular visits to qualified prospects and customers to drive the business and grow the company’s revenue.
  • Promote company products and solutions by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects and recommending solutions.
  • Service all customer needs, including initiating and monitoring the completion of all customer contracts and preparing quotations and rates proposal incorporating clearly defined terms and conditions.
  • Maintains strong customer relations and satisfaction; proactively and diligently works to handle customers’ enquiries and ensure customer problems are resolved quickly.
  • Interpret and analyze sales information to maximize sales profit and feedback recommendation to managements.
  • Work with internal departments to plan and integrate sales strategies. Interact and communicate with Operations to ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Build relationships at all levels and represents the company in a professional manner.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned and requested by management.
