Responsibilities

ROLE DESCRIPTION

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a Sales Executive - Logistics. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include making sales calls, meeting new and existing clients, conducting market research, preparing proposals, and collaborating with the logistics team to ensure seamless delivery of services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify potential clients and generate new business leads through proactive outreach and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
