LSH Auto is seeking a passionate and driven Sales Executive to join our vibrant team at our dealership in Solihull. As a Sales Executive, you will be critical in promoting our extensive range of luxury vehicles and ensuring our customers receive unparalleled service throughout their purchasing experience. Hours: 40 hours per week Salary: £27,010 plus uncapped commission, OTE up to £60,000, plus a company car. Previous experience in automotive sales or a customer service-focused role is preferred. Strong sales skills with a proven track record of achieving targets. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build rapport and foster relationships with customers. Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed in a competitive environment. Passion for the automotive industry and knowledge of luxury vehicles. A valid UK driver's licence is required.
