Description:

  • Identify potential clients in the property management, municipal, and utility sectors through research, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers in utility companies, property managers, and municipalities.
  • Understand the specific needs of clients and present tailored utility billing solutions that meet their requirements, addressing pain points and enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and consultations to showcase the company’s solutions and value proposition.
  • Negotiate terms, contracts, and pricing to secure business deals while maintaining profitability for the company.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis, ensuring sustainable business growth and revenue generation.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes that may impact clients in the utility billing sector.
  • Work closely with the marketing, customer service, and implementation teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to delivery and customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably in the utility billing or related industries (e.g., energy, water management, SaaS).
  • Understanding of utility billing processes, regulations, and technologies is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
