Duties and Responsibilities · Working towards monthly and daily targets · Ensuring high level of customer satisfaction. · Excellent work ethic and time management skills. · Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays. · Ensure adherence to SOP at store. · Ensure adherence to Store etiquette and store timing. · Assist store manager in Stock Management. · Completion of all trainings within the defined timeline. Requirements Key Task: · Sales o Inviting customer to outlet (Customer Approaching) o Introduce customer to the concept of MYOP. o Demonstrating and presenting products o Support the customer to identify the right perfume. · Store cleanliness and merchandising. · Stock Audits · DSR and Daily checklists · Placing stock request to HO · Validating and receiving stock. · Handling, resolving customer complaints and escalating to Cox debt if required. Qualification · Preferably graduates with 2 year experience in retail sales with any B2C brands. · Freshers can also apply. · Candidates with excellent communication skill and with passion towards sales · Candidates must be able to communicate in multiple languages.
