Position Summary We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales Executive Manager to lead and inspire the sales team, drive group conversion, and maximize commercial opportunities in line with annual objectives. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership, commercial proactivity, negotiation skills, and operational excellence to ensure outstanding client experiences and business growth. Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to achieve individual and departmental goals. Assign and manage leads effectively, ensuring all inquiries are answered within Hyatt standard response times. Monitor and ensure proper client follow-up throughout the sales cycle. Drive commercial activity with a proactive and energetic approach, participating actively in internal sales actions and initiatives. Develop and communicate a clear strategic sales vision to the team. Participate actively in tentative meetings, ensuring the team attends fully prepared with all relevant information for effective decision-making. Work closely with the Revenue Manager and Head of MICE to optimize business opportunities and strategy alignment. Conduct hotel site inspections and ensure all brand and operational standards are consistently met. Maximize group conversion to achieve annual revenue targets. Support team members in decision-making and client negotiations when needed. Prioritize and strengthen relationships with key partners such as ALHI, CVENT, HB, and other strategic accounts. Negotiate effectively to secure and materialize business opportunities. Expand and maintain the client database through proactive sales activities and networking. Encourage and organize client visits and hotel presentations, transmitting this commercial mindset to the team. Monitor monthly budgets and forecasts, proposing action plans to achieve targets. Maintain visibility with in-house clients and ensure each sales manager follows up together with the assigned group coordinator. Demonstrate flexibility, versatility, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Candidate Profile Proven experience in hotel sales management, preferably within luxury hospitality or MICE segments. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities. Strategic mindset with strong commercial awareness. Results-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and achieve targets. Proactive, dynamic, and customer-focused attitude. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Revenue, Operations, and Events teams. Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.
