Description

We are seeking a passionate & energetic Sales Executive for our office in UAE.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing daily sales operations, supporting the team in achieving their goals, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies, strategic sales plans and initiatives to achieve sales targets, expand market presence, and maximize revenue growth.
  • Identify target market segments, customer profiles, and business opportunities for sales expansion and market penetration.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders in target accounts and industries.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals, presentations, and business pitches tailored to the needs and preferences of prospective clients. Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients, ensuring alignment with company policies, profitability targets, and legal requirements.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics, analyzing sales data, trends, and KPIs to assess sales performance, identify opportunities, and address challenges.
  • Provide input and feedback to sales management on market conditions, customer feedback, and product improvements to support strategic planning and decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Business.
  • 3 to 4 years Sales Experience
  • Passionate & Energetic.
  • Excellent Communication and negotiation skills
  • Valid UAE Driving License
  • All nationalities are encouraged to apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per mont
