About The Role
As a Sales Executive at Maxus North West, you will be responsible for maximising sales of the Maxus range (including both sole trader and fleet sales) by delivering a first-class customer experience to ensure satisfaction and retention, while proactively identifying and securing new sales opportunities. Our new showroom boasts the ability to display the entire Maxus range of vehicles and your role will be based in the showroom on a rota which will include Saturday mornings.
Key Responsibilities
· Organising a seamless sales journey, from first point-of-contact to final handshake.
· Identifying, prospecting and generating new business, including individual and fleet sales.
· Conduct Test drives demonstrating the key key features and benefits of each vehicle.
· Present and demonstrate the key Features & Benefits (F&Bs) of each of the Maxus products and services.
· Provide a personalised sales process and proposal, based upon a deep understanding of the customer requirements and the Maxus range.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business.
· Meet and exceed monthly new & used sales targets.
What You’ll Bring
· Proven sales experience – ideally both B2C and B2B.
· Knowledge of automotive procedures, vehicle legislation, and trade practices is preferred.
· Van Sales experience is preferable but full training will be given.
· First-class communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
· Excellent numeracy, and literacy skills.
· High motivation with a desire to achieve targets and KPIs.
· A full UK driving licence.
