REQUIREMENTS:

• Min Diploma levels or equivalent,
• Mechanical Engineering background preferred but not required.
• Min 3-year experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Proficient in English speaking and writing
• Meticulous, independent, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Process customer orders, including quotations, sales orders, and release orders.
• Ensure timely and accurate order processing and shipment arrangements.
• Work with the Planning team to align production schedules with customer delivery requirements.
• Arrange shipments to customers and track delivery progress to ensure on-time delivery.
• Track orders and follow up to meet customer delivery expectations.
• Serve as the main contact for customers, answering inquiries and providing updates on orders and shipments.
• Liaise between internal teams (Management, Production, QC etc.) and customers to address technical questions and ensure product requirements are met.
• Handle any additional tasks assigned by the Sales Manager or Management.
