Job Description Key Responsibilities: Execute all sales activities in line with the department’s business objectives to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Proactively identify, solicit, and secure transient, group, and meeting business in accordance with the hotel’s sales strategy. Ensure adherence to established selling strategies and optimize every opportunity for up-selling and revenue enhancement. Maintain in-depth knowledge of the property’s unique selling points, features, amenities, services, and operational policies to effectively promote the hotel. Prepare corporate and government proposal letters, annual contracts, and other related business correspondences with accuracy and professionalism. Monitor and report market trends, competitor activities, and evolving client requirements to identify new business opportunities. Provide regular updates to the Director of Sales & Marketing on negotiation progress, confirmed business, and potential leads. Ensure timely, efficient, and professional execution of all assigned duties in accordance with hotel policies and service standards. Maintain an accurate and up-to-date account database and client contact records. Qualifications Your experience and skills include: Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role in a 4 or 5 star hotel, preferably with a focus on M.I.C.E sales. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. A proactive, results-driven approach with a commitment to delivering excellence.
