About the role: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented SMB Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an individual with a proven track record of success in B2B sales to play a key role in driving our expansion.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate and minimum of 1 year of B2B sales experience, preferably in the telecom or technology sector.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
Valid UAE driving license essential ( preferably).
Benefits: Competitive salary and attractive incentive package.

Develop and maintain a network of potential clients within the assigned SMB territory.
Proactively meet clients door-to-door to understand their business needs and present Etisalat’s -portfolio of products and services.
Effectively communicate the value proposition of Etisalat solutions and overcome objections.
Secure sales and achieve assigned targets on a monthly basis.
Provide accurate and timely market visit reports to management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure recurring revenue.
Participate in company events and training programs.
