Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, cultivating client relationships, and successfully closing sales transactions for a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties in Dubai. This role requires a strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven track record of success in real estate sales, preferably within the Dubai market.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
  • A valid UAE driving license and access to a personal vehicle.
  • RERA certification is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic or other languages (e.g., Hindi, Urdu, Russian, Mandarin) is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of Dubai’s property market, including freehold, leasehold, and off-plan properties.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a results-oriented approach.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required to meet client needs.
Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify and generate new sales leads through various channels including networking, cold calling, referrals, online platforms, and company-provided leads.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs and preferences to offer tailored property solutions.
  • Property Presentation & Tours: Effectively present available properties to clients, highlighting key features, benefits, and investment potential. Conduct property viewings and tours as required.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Stay abreast of the latest Dubai real estate market trends, property values, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to provide accurate and insightful advice to clients.
  • Sales Negotiations & Closures: Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions of sale, prepare necessary documentation, and guide clients through the entire sales process to ensure successful and timely closures.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, leads, and sales activities in the company’s CRM system.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional post-sales support and maintain client satisfaction to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to leverage promotional activities and the legal/administrative teams for seamless transaction processing.
  • Professional Development: Continuously enhance knowledge of real estate laws, best practices, and sales techniques.
