SALARY: £12.60 PER HOUR + TRONC + BONUS

We’re looking for someone to join us as a Sales Executive for Albert’s Schloss Manchester. We need superstars who have worked in a reservations, host or admin role before & who are passionate about hospitality and delivering a world class service to our guests.

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing bookings through Collins - DesignMyNight and answering phone queries
  • Working with the front of house team to ensure booking notes are communicated efficiently
  • Targeting key contacts to encourage bookings
  • Working with the Sales & Events Manager with outreach projects
  • Attending external & pop-up events to promote Albert’s Schloss

Who we need

  • Someone who has a love for great hospitality
  • A genuine desire to go above and beyond and make our guests feel at home & welcome
  • Organised & computer literate
  • Experience with Collins - DesignMyNight would be helpful but not essential
