Modern Luxury Design is a leading renovation, design, and interior design company seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. We’re looking for a results-driven professional with a proven track record in closing home construction and renovation leads.

JOB SUMMARY

We’re seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to generate new business opportunities, convert leads, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven ability to close leads and meet sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of the renovation and construction industry
The ideal candidate would be someone with a strong sales/business development skills as well as strong skills in planning, architecture, project management, design, and a previous experiences in the Architecture, construction, design, and project management (construction) field, with an academic background in Civil engineering, architecture, interior design and construction.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years of sales experience in home construction and renovation
  • Proven sales performance with a strong track record of converting leads
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Related Field Preferred
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if applicable)
Responsibilities
  • Generate new business leads through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives- Convert leads into sales opportunities and close deals
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and industry partners- Conduct needs assessments and present customized solutions
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets- Collaborate with design and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution
