ABOUT YOU

You’re a confident communicator who can build rapport easily, manage competing priorities, and drive results without being pushy. You take pride in providing a seamless and supportive client experience, and you’re always looking for ways to improve the process.

You’ll also bring:

  • 2-4 years’s experience in sales, business development or account management
  • Industry experience in interiors, property or real estate
  • Fluency in spoken Mandarin (required); written Mandarin preferred
  • Experience preparing proposals and managing client relationships
  • Ability to hit agreed sales targets, without people feeling sold to
  • Proficiency in CRM systems like HubSpot, plus Microsoft Office and G Suite
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to support the wider team
  • Confidence speaking on camera or contributing to social media content
  • Flexibility to attend events outside of business hours
  • Reliable vehicle and unrestricted drivers licence

We’re on the lookout for a full-time Sales Executive to join our high-performing, values-led team, based in Bayswater.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Managing Director and working closely with the wider team, the Sales Executive is a people-focused role where you’ll take ownership of the entire client journey, from first enquiry through to signed agreement. You’ll be the link between the client, our design team, and referral partners, ensuring every proposal is tailored, every lead is followed up, and every client feels supported throughout the process.

  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from first enquiry to signed agreement
  • Qualify leads and match them with the right service package
  • Prepare and present tailored proposals and quotes
  • Liaise with Stylists to align proposals with design recommendations
  • Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline tracking in HubSpot
  • Build strong relationships with clients and referral partners
  • Identify and establish new referral connections in real estate and property
  • Represent the business at industry networking events, including quarterly events
  • Provide regular sales reporting and insights to support forecasting
  • Support your teammates and contribute to a respectful, inclusive workplace
